Working closely with business stakeholders is what all good universities aspire to. The CUBCCE conference, held in Budapest, January 28-29 2016, presented a perfect opportunity to discuss the importance of university and business cooperation, to share best practices and to discuss successful projects in Central and East European countries. Apart with regular presenters, the quality of the event was also secured with highly-relevant keynote speakers, including Ivars Godmanis (former Prime Minister of Latvia, former Member of the European Parliament) and Patricia Reilly (Expert and Member of Cabinet, Education, Culture, Youth & Sport, European Commission).
Being an example of cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices through education, INNOSOC project was invited to present itself in front of policy makers as well as stakeholders from business and academia. Namely, Vedran Podobnik, project’s coordinator, delivered a talk entitled “Building Good Practices in Higher Education through ERASMUS+ Strategic Partnerships: The Case of the INNOSOC Project“.
